HI All,
please can you tell me any good hotels to stay for a few days??
hubby and I are staying just for 1 night before we fly off again, but really dont want to spend too much money, but do want something thats decent, also SAFE, i would love to go shopping for clothes whilst there so would appreciate some help on that area too.
BTW hubby loves food so that too ( but try to make it near the clothes shops)

why not try a reputed guest house instead of a hotel..
u can stay at Chalet Guest House which is located in places like defence, boat basin and near forum..
it costs around 3500 rupees for a night stay..

this is a real nice place as few of our foreigner guests stay at this place..
if u are talking about hotels, Ramada Plaza Hotel is an excellent addition.. charges were 6500 for single person for a night stay back in January 2009.. u can check their tariff too..

i wud suggest embassy INN on Nursury shariah e Faisal , adjacent to CDC head office and Nursury flyover.
its close to tariq road .... and also not very far from clifton.

Maverick, embassy inn is though a good place but one of our guest had a bad experience about food there.. dats y i didnt mention.. :)
