It's significantly cheaper than the Serena & the (former) Marriott, and IMHO, the facilities/service is better.
When I was there, I stayed in a deluxe suite at Number Three Lush, which ran about US $160/night. I think standard rooms started at around US $110.

Theres also adventure inn, and margalla hotel, and their proximity to islamabad is good... they are also in an isolated area in a forest patch which makes it safer.
