avoid spicy andgaerm- taseer foods.
wear think and weatherappropriate clothes.
stay indoors or in tree shades.
keep the inner room temperature at 40s-50s degrees F.
& pray that summer remains bearable.

Dushi jee, that's almost impossible.
The AC brings down the temperature about 10 degrees max from what it is outside. If the temperature is 90 F outside, the inside temperature will not go below 80 or 70 max. Unless you have many ACs working nonstop, but central air won't accomplish this.
Other than that, good advices. Right now we have the AC on AND we have a fan to circulate the air. It is still very hot and I sweat a little more than average person, so I must have a fan on 24/7 blowing air at my face.

And I wish to have weather like you guys I love winters! I am in the Southern part of the US, which is at the same level as Punjab, Pakistan, on the globe. So very hot summer days. And we measure temperature in Fahrenheits, not centigrade :halo:

last summer its only 2 weeks hot ( not like we have to ON fan )
i never use even FAN in last 4 years , and north side is even colder then london.
u guys are sooo lucky to have proper 4 weathers
