Salam Everybody,
I m getting married in a couple of months, & i m feeling pretty good. I have actually no words to describe my feelings, But i think like i m flying in the air & i can't wait to get marriend. How about you guys ... did you feel the same thing when you got marriend ?...........:)

I was highly excited, like flying on air but frantic too! Andy it seems from your nick you are a guy. For a girl, esp in my case...I was crazy with last minute details and things. Especially shopping and the halls and the decorations, and my party favors...etc. Enjoy this time and make sure to relax. I was over hyped for my wedding that I had to be involved in every detail and didn't let others do the planning for me :(

i still need to go for shopping.......i just bought some jewllery it's very expensive though:D i spend a lot of money. Anyways my father he is leaving for pakistan in a few days he gonna make all the arrangments. I will go when everything will be ready, But i will stay in touch by fone with my parents. They will make all the arrangments. If they would need my help they will call me. :) thanks for sharing your experience.:)

Feeling the hype around the time of marriage is a good sign, especially for a guy. Look forward to your marriage and pray that your wife turn out to be loving, caring and understanding partner. If your life partner is good then you are already in heaven.
And btw, whether if it is an arranged marriage or you know the girl for years, it does not make an iota of a difference. you get to know the girl only after marriage, earlier it was just a mirage :)
Just like you expect your wife to respect your parents, your wife also expect you to do the same .
Disscuss your good bad habbits, likeness, dislike with your wife early on, and try to adjust accordingly

I am getting married in 3 weeks inshaAllah. I have been flying too until family issues came up in both families- not with each other but seperate family issues that completely diverted their focus from the wedding effecting his moods very much which at the end effected me a lot.....
but I am Alhamdulillah very happy to marry such a nice and decent guy:)

yeh well…im getting married too in few months…and I CANT WAIT…
its that excitement and the rush…not only im excited coz im finally gonna with the man i love but coz of all the tuyyarriyan shuyyariyan…
i really cant wait…to be a part of his family…and start a new life…have my own house and plan for a family…coz this time…I’LL be in control…i finally decide wot and wot i dont want…

I was excited before my marriage but it was AFTER the marriage that i felt like flying in the air, till i was brought down to earth by some problems at workplace.

I was very nervous before I actually met my then bride to be just before our marriage. Once it was finalized, it's been all good after that, Alhamdulillah.
