warmish water is supposed to be better for you than cold.. but cold seems more refreshing..

Warm (room temp.) is supposed to be best from wot i've heard...but it's tempting to drink cold water when it's boiling outside, just seems to hydrate better. On a side note, when we first moved to the States from Europe, we were surprised at how cold drinks were and how much ice Americans use in their fizzy drinks!
