INGREDIENTS:
Potato finger (blanched) 300 gm.
Corn flour 3 tsp.
Oil to fry To fry
Chopped garlic 1 tsp
Red chilli paste 1 1/2 tsp.
Tomato ketchup 2 tsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Sugar 1 tsp.
Stock 4 tsp.
Corn flour slurry 2 tsp.
Oil to finish 1 tsp.
Season seeds 1/2 tsp.
Spring onion green 10 gm.
Red chili flakes 3 gm.
PROCEDURE:
- Blends potato fingers, dredge in corn flour and deep fry until golden and crisp
- In a wok saute garlic, chilli paste.
- Add tomato ketchup, salt, sugar, honey and stock
- Thicken with corn flour slurry
- Sprinkle sesame seed and 1 tsp. Oil for shine.
- Serve in plate garnished with spring onion green and red chilli flakes

Chicken In Sweet n Sour Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
Chicken sweet and sour
Diced chicken 250 gm.
Salt To taste
Egg white 1 tsp 1 no.
Diced capsicum 15 gm.
Diced tomatoes 15 gm.
Diced onion 15 gm.
Diced cucumber
Diced pineapple 15 gm.
Chopped garlic 1 tsp.
For sauce
Tomato ketchup 2 tsp.
White vinegar 1 tsp.
Sugar 1/2 tsp.
Salt 1/2 tsp.
Stock As required
Corn flour slurry 1 tsp.
(250 g corn flour + 150 ml. Water)Spring onion to garnish 10 g
Oil 500 ml
PROCEDURE:
- Marinate chicken (diced) with salt, corn flour and egg white.
- Deep fry and keep aside
- Heat oil in wok
- Add garlic and all vegetables and toss
- Add stock and the ingredients for sauce and cook for a minute
- Add 1 tsp corn flour. ( sauce coats on chicken)
- Garnish with chopped spring onion.

chicken half kg boneless( chicken ko stripes main cut karain thora thick)
salt half tsp
black pepper half tsp
in dono ko chicken main marinate karain 20 mins tak
phir is main half cup corn flour mila lain ...or achi terhan mix karain . phir chicken k peices ko deep fry kerlain ... chicken tayyar hai...
SAUCE:
tomato ketchup : half cup
chicken stock : 1 cup
garlic (chopped): 1tbsp
chilli paste( bari wali red chilli ko thori dair garam paani main rakhain phir paste bana lain thora paani daal ker) 2 tsp
vinegar :2tbsp
brown sugar :1 tsp
rose merry: 1tsp
salt: 1 tsp
oil : 3 tbsp
pan main oil garam karain .. phir is main chop garlic daalain or thora fry karain ... phir is main chicken stock daalain or thori dair pakayen ... phir tomato ketchup,chilli paste, brown sugar ,vinegar,rose merry salt ..sab ko achi terhna mix karain ... jab sauce thori thick hojaye to is main chicken k peices add karain .... or achi terhan mix kernai k baad choolhay sai utaar lain ...or sizzler plate main serve karain .....
