Mumbai: The year 2010 began with a bang with the news coming in confirming the reunion of Bollywood’s most sizzling hot couple Akshay Kumar and Priyanka Chopra onscreen.
The dashing duo that had sworn never to share screen space again, after their flick Aitraaz stirred a martial discord in Akki’s personal heaven, are going to get up close and personal in Farah’s next ‘Tees Maar Khan’.
Believe it or not, but the couple is vying for a reunion and it’s Priyanka who is taking the lead here. As per sources Piggy Chops is much too keen to be cast opposite Akshay and has been sending feelers to Farah to consider her for the role.
Desperate, right? Considering the smashing run of Aitraaz at the Box Office, it’s no wonder Priyanka wants to deliver yet another hit with the Khiladi Kumar.
As per Akshay, the actor is much too pleased with the idea of sharing screen with Priyanka. Talking to reporters, the actor was recently quoted as saying, “I’d love to work with her… provided the right script comes along.”
Well looks like Farah is the decision maker here. Here’s hoping that the filmmaker doesn’t disappoint her fans and lives up to her gutsy spirit by bringing this volatile couple together.
