Its the blood…

i find that you should try not to think or do too much relax and chill yourself down inside.

On the outside you might feel hot so it’s good to be cool inside :champ:

If your cold on the outside and boiling inside then thats good your blood is doing its job and at this age you should thank Allah that your not feeling the cold to your bones the way i sometimes used to feel before a calamity.

Yep i can…

i just repeat something over and over till i fall asleep… a long time ago i used to just think about a lot of things and couldn’t sleep but then i learned that my thinking was ruining me so i gave up thinking about how i felt becuase it was having a negative effect on my performance.

So i just used to think of one thing and repeat it over and over again in my moments before sleep and then before i knew it was knocked out and into slumberland :yawn:
