In a time of war what is the position on taking hostages and are there conditions on whether the hostages can only be military…
I was thinking in regards to Beslan and also in regards to Lebanon…
So could you take an Israeli soldier hostage?..or could you in Chechnya when you are at war take civilians hostage?..
How did the Islamic state deal with prostitution...

When your army captures enemies their fate is:
For men, either they are ransomed for their freedom, or if they are not freed by their free compatriots they are too be freed, enslaved and distributed amongst the soldiers or executed, which ever the ruler decides.
For women, either they are ransomed for their freedom, or if they are not freed by their free compatriots they are too be freed or enslaved and distributed amongst the soldiers, which ever the ruler decides.
Or atleast that has been my understanding.
