Re: Horseradish sauce ..
yumm I love horseradish!!
-roast beef sandwich with horseradish sauce: On your favorite bread spread blended horseradish/mayo/black paper then add some watercress (or normal salad leaves), slices of roast beef, and cheese (if u like). done.
Grilled steak topped with with blended sour cream/ horseradish/ salt/ green onions.
-Baked chicken with spinach/horseradish sauce: Bake the chicken breast however you like (but keep seasonings simple). while that's cooking, in a food processor blend horseradish, mayo, black paper, spinach, and parsley. when chicken is ready to serve place the blended sauce over the chicken n you're done. And I also serve rice on the side, they taste really good with the sauce on the top.
-I also serve horseradish sauce with my chicken egg rolls. Blend the horseradish sauce just as done for roast beef sandwich
Re: Horseradish sauce ..
any chinese dish you can add as a side condiment or stir in. chineses/japanese have thier own horseradish called wasabi (its green), but white horseradish is similar.
or add to soup, or anything you want to give alittle extra kick, im assuming you have the creamed horseradish like mayo with vinigar, so you wont be able to add to much for acidity reasons.
