The best of course is the “The Exorcist” and then “The Blair Witch Project” (if you are immune to the to the fact that it was all trolled fiction, lol)

Paranormal Activity scared the bajeezus out of me…the first one and third ones were the best IMO

The Nightmare on Elm Street series is also classic, there is the added psychological twist with the story line about how Freddy Kreuger came to be

Another oldie is The Entity starring Barabara Hershey, she’s stalked by a demon…

The Amyityville Horror is another classic

Can’t think of any more good recent horror movies..I prefer the oldies

I’ve seen most of those movies, except The Entity. I’ll try to check that out.
I’ve heard some pretty negative reviews about the Blair Witch Project, so I’m trying to figure out whether I should watch it or not.
