I recently had the worst experience of my life with Cyma345 ..
her Fb page ..
I have been a regular coustomer of proto and raania and even had a few suites from catwalk . I never faced any issues with them ..
I concated cyma cos I wanted an Elan copy made. she agreed and quoted me 28 k for a gown plus dupata . I ,changed the colour of dress ,disscussed everything thru fb msgs ..she asked me to send her full amount so she can start ..I sent her 25 k ..I wanted the dress first week in Nov ,she was late ,lied about shipping charges to isb ..n when I told her i am aware of shipping charges as i often get stuf shipped from khi to isb ,she said it’s because it’s a heavy dress ..khair ..she never sent me any pics of the dress ,she sent one pic after shipping the dress .. it was not looking nice but I thought maybe it’s because of the colour change ..
,my sis in isb recived the dress after 2 days and it was horrible ugly copy ! the kaam was not neat , the kapra was not pure ,we never discussed the butterflies she made on dress ,the lace she used on bottom was cheap . the kaam was okay ..but what made me really upset was she had used a very cheap looking lace on neck instead of green stones .
I returned the dress to her , she offered to change the stones ,the options she came up with were even ugly ..so i refused ..it was too late anyways to get it fixed and ship to me for the party …
i asked her a refund , and she said there is No refund policy .
she even denied to refund half price .
I told her that I ll just leave a review and her ans was , mujay dhamki mat do ..I was like leaving a review a positive or negative one is a coustomer’s right . it is not a dhamki .
she then offered me to get the top part change ..the designs i sent her she refused said its not possible , the one she showed me i wasnt okay with them .later we agreed on something very light ..i still wasnt comfotable with the butterflies on skirt .she said they can not be removed -
we argued without an end result . I told her to keep the dress and money as well ..which she gladly did .
My sis is pissed off and wants me to get it fixed so we can alter it for my daughter . with the butterlies on skirt i can not imagine wearing it .
when we were disscussing the dress , i made it clear on her that I do not want any work on skirt part ,only spray ..pata nahiN yeh titliaan kyon aur kahan say bana di gayin .
so now she says she is on holidays and can not do anything abt the dress until she i back which will be sometime in jan . she again refused to return the money . I have not seen anyone as unproffesional as her ever . she did not provide with her complete physical address and contact details , she even refused to give me her phone number and said it is personal . when i had to return the dress ,she gave me some adnan 's add whom she said was her friend .
When i msgd her after seeing the dress and complained about it ,she said I knew you will do this cause of the remaing amount of 3 k ..I was like WTH ..if i can pay you 25 k ,3 k is not something which i can not afford to pay ..but i honestly think 25 k for such a diaster is overprised .
anyways lesson learnt :stick to proto and Raania.
