Say you know a guy who is Muslim and hasn't been laid in a loooong time. He is just not ready To get into another marriage and has a history of broken marriages.
He truly believes sex is only halaal with nikkah. Should he get married again even if unstable (mentally and financially) or just spare ruining yet another life and just find someone who will do him a favor?
He should fast, same advice for the muslim girl in similar situation.

A History of marriages also means having kids here and there and every where. If that person is not taking care of those little ones , no chances of him being a responsible husband either.

I mean how sick he really is. It is not allowed to get mentally sick/deranged/imbalanced person to get married.
Especially if he is abusive or has a history. He is not good enough for misyar or mutta.
In that case,
he can or should fast,
he can be treated psychologically,
he can take the 'law' in to his hand. Doesn't matter right or left....
Or lastly.........buy a B.U.D. :-)

I think its prohibited for a mentally unstable person to get married.

One doesn't have to be horny or a Muslim to be abusive to women. I do not think getting laid will make him less abusive in any way.
