Ok Gujjar Badshah is obviously a retard pronouncing people non muslim over a forum.
As for the question I don't think people who are emotionally or otherwise not really for a marriage themselves think that they are not ready. In their head they think that they are ready for commitment and the responsibilities that comes with a marriage. I don't think many people knowingly marry someone if they know they are gonna end up ruining a life. I think most of the time its the immaturity that they themselves don't know that they are ready. Also, some people think that they can change and become more responsible and grow with the relationship which sometimes is true.
