amazingly motivational anecdote... reminds me of the saying:
" If you try and you fail, you can try again another time. But if you don't try, you fail anyway and spend the rest of your life wondering if you could have succeeded or not."
I would just look at this guyes previous year's results and award him his diploma if aggregately (over multiple attampts) he has passed all the required exams.
I totally disagree.
My motto is, "Try, try, try again, and then stop! There's no use being a damn food about it."
Education is not about getting a diploma, its about becoming a better person. But, ofcourse, I'm not this guy and my opinion is just my opinion.
