hope or not...

Re: hope or not...

barbiedoll i feel exactly like you sometimes...it's so annoying when every other day people ask my parents(right in front of me) iss ka rishta kahan karna....kahin bhaat chal rehe hai..blah blah blah. quite frankly i wouldn't tell people even if i was engaged so they need to stop asking as if i no longer have any other purpose in life(cuz i just finished college)

whats the point of getting education if you dont wanna use it? if u dont wanna stand on your feet? ...u r depending on ur parents right now.. and then u r hoping to depend on your husband and if (god forbid) anything happens to him then who u gonna depend then? ur kids? inlaws or neighbors??... think about that.... u have time, dont waste it.. use if for your own benefit and dont worry about 'not remembering anything' .. u get to learn things on job

you don't get education to earn ... u get education to learn and it doesn't matter if u get a job to apply it ... u apply it in everyday life and it makes you a more complete all rounded and over better individual

Re: hope or not...

From what I understand you are hoping to transfer your burden.
I am actually shocked that in your mid twenties you have had no work-experience. Who feeds and Clothes you? I think this issue of yours is more a study in independence and the many ways why that does not make you like a "Pakistani girl", the vast majority of whom would jump at the many and varied opportunies you have.

Also, as an extention of this independence I think it is best if you take some of the responsibility of finding your life long partner onto yourself.

So far as hope is concerned. Bridget Jones was in her 30s when she met Mr Darcy. There is always hope.
