There is a time limit set so you have to edit the post in that time frame otherwise only mods can do it.

I am not sure how long is the limit, probably more than few hours.

I believe the time period is 24 hours. After that, you have to PM the Mod of that specific forum to edit your post.

After 24 hours of postage time, our posts become Qoumi Sarmaaya of Gupistan. They no longer are owned by us except becoming something to be remembered as Maqbooza Kashmir. One day, we will Insha Allah get maqbooza back and so should be our hopes about our LOSTED posts.
