what the hell was i thinking? 
so i tried being miss matchmaker, n it doesnt seem to work out with them. he complains, she whines. i feel like an idiot.
so any advice on how to calm myself n tell them politely to leave me out of this?
you should have known better. now you have ruined two innocent lives. tsk tsk tsk. this is the best time to be an atheist. you'll not be accountable or answerable to any God that way :p

Suroor its very simple. if I matchmake I tell them, I will get the two of you to meet and do the minor intros and each person can ask me about the other as far as I know... but after that it is really upto you two to figure out whether it works or not and both should be honest enough to say yes or no.
Generally its hard making one friend meet another one cause they may feel they have to nice to each other cause they are your friends :) but it can be done. If the two people dont like each other they why dont you sorta suggest to both of them that they are not compatible and may be should not meet any more.

Ditto on that...i have yet to have a friend complain to me about who i've set them up with because i always tell them that the set up is just me introing 'em...nothing else..
