The women in jail for "sexual indecency" are there because they were raped. What do the police men do? Rape them some more. Than go home and **** their wives too.
No, its always been like this. What you need is a shame campaign. You march the Honor Killers in the nude, parade them over Main Street on the backs of donkeys with a dunce cap over their heads. You encourage the onlookers to throw rocks at him. Then you kill him by laying him in his grave (Alive) and filling it in with animal ****.
Hence he has been defamed. If you give him the death penalty outright, he is only a martyr. You need to defame him. Humiliate him, so others think twice.
Educate them too, but thats only peripheral.
Honor killing is not done by court/Govt./4 witnesses etc.
Honor killing is done by family member. I don't support killing but get this.
No one love/care for those girls, then their own blood.
Usually when that happens even police don't take serious action.
