hotel had only room services or do they have villas as well in the beach? I mean in pictures hotels had so many things...

I am planning on Maldives too! and most probably at a resort with water villas. Take a look at Baros.com or Kuredu.com. My friend stayed at Baros and highly recommended it.

We booked our Honeymoon at the end of July at Meeru Island Resort. It’s costing a fortune to fly from the states, but it will be worth it in the end!

I decided to go with Meeru because they had an all-inclusive plan (many resorts do now) and they had the Honeymoon Suites (and the price wasn’t too bad).. This was one of the only resorts that had secluded water villas!

I definitely recommend using TripAdvisor to read reviews on the resorts you choose. They also have a Maldives forum (see link below). You should post on it and give your budget and requirements, you will get replies very quickly from repeat Maldives travelers.
