Honeymoon in Dubai

Hi friends,

I am planning to go Dubai for my Honeymmon in March. My budget is moderate.

Need your help to plan the trip, need your help in things mention below:

  1. Which travel agency to approach in Karachi as its my first visit to Dubai.
  2. What hotel should I stay.
  3. Most importantly which places to visit as a couple.
  4. How much the tickets and visa will cost (per person).

If I have missed anything do mention it.

Re: Honeymoon in Dubai

Tickets and visa will vary according to your agent, hotels depend on your budget.

These are places you might want to visit:

Souk Madinat Jumeirah
Al-Qasr
Atlantis
Sadiyaat Island (Abu Dhabi)

Re: Honeymoon in Dubai

hi

we went ther last month...

i would suggest do not use a travel agency.. book your own tickets and hotel

bookings.com and expedia are reliable websites... go through trip advisor too, to have an idea abt hotels and their services..

im not sure if u can get visa online from pakistan if u book tickets from emirates... it was a convenient option

Re: Honeymoon in Dubai

Thanks shakiba, booking online seems better option than going for a an agent.
any recommendations regarding a hotel as you just visisted, where did you stayed.

Re: Honeymoon in Dubai

landmark grand hotel in deira dubai..
depends on ur preference.. we like busy city centers to stay in.. a lot of ppl prefer jumeirah for a bit of luxury...
i dont have negative comments for this hotel considering the ir rates. clean and nicely kept rooms, good breakfast and prompt service..

we were on a very short trip so spent very less time in hotel.. selecting a hotel depends on what u r looking for from ur trip....

Re: Honeymoon in Dubai

some of the popular activities are:

1) Desert Safari
2) Dhow Cruise on the creek
3) |Visiting the tallest building and the Dubai Mall
4) Atlantis
5) Jumeirah Beach Resort (JBR) Walk has good eating places.

Dubai is very safe - so will be ideal to "get lost" and discover things :)
