i m passing through the same confusion. just 12 days in pakistan after marriage.
As per my info, murree and bhurbhan is good. Book PC bhurbhan. An alternative is skardu, gilgit. There u can book shangrila resort or shigar fort. Really nice place. I m also thinking of the same. But beware of swat and areas close to that as there is war in that place.
kaghan is not safe due to militants in that area. plz check.

Gilgit is Beautiful!
Passed through here whilst on travels with the hubby. Beautiful mountain ranges, heart stopping scenery, well worth going there. If you are sporty, go on an excursion to Rakaposhi base camp... it's a 8 km beast! :)
