does honey ever expires, i have bottle sitting for one year and i want to use it now but the honey inside looks crystallized. its not what i bought a year back. It says 100% pure and there is no expiry date on it. just packaging date.

Your honey is perfectly edible. It has not gone off.
Sit the jar in a mug of hot water and the crystallisation that you see will disappear.
doesn't expire.. most of the time that crystallized thing comes when honey is not 100% pure... the added sugar sits at the bottom. But even then its perfectly fine. I am sure yours is just been sitting there for a while now ... stir and eat.. its good.

yeh may be. it says 100% AUstralian honey. so i think that means its 100% Australian and not 100% pure.
I was listening at the radio like there is some kind of honey ppl use to cure ulcer and other damaged wounds.
