Besides, Sandleen I like skinny girls. I would give anything to be like those stick-like models in magazines. lol. As long as you are healthy, weight shouldn't matter. :) Tell me if you have any medical problems.

Lemon juice in hot water kickstarts your metabolism as well as having detoxing properties which is why it's mostly effective taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. You'd still need to follow a healthy eating plan and combine it with exercise to see significant weight loss though.

Im underweight but not too skinny ..if u know what i mean .. i mean i look okay ..but everyone keep aasking me to gain some weight buti find it kinda hard ..
i m losing weight n weird thing is that im not trying to lose weight.. but i think i m healthy so as u said theres nothing to b worry abt ..

Agree. I usually drink it after meal instead. I don’t understand the logic behind taking it on an empty stomach. Wouldn’t it become digested ,since there is no waste or detoxing properties in stomach at the time, before it processes?

Yeah, under weight folks have to deal with criticism just as much as overweight folks do. It’s okay though. Don’t worry about others! However, go for a check-up! Whoever is underweight should not assume that they can’t be sick. So, have yourself checked once in a while and watch for early warning signs your body might be giving off. . That’s about it..

i couldnt find the diet green tea yesterday.. so i got this Lemon flavoured Herbal Infusions by Lipton.. and yes my tummy was feeling quite queezy...

Ira - These teas have no side effects whatsoever. You can have a dying person drink the tea, and he may come back to life again.

hmm i didnt think they had any side affects.. im gonna read into it.. isnt it basically flavoured hot water? well the one i got doesnt even taste like anything.. smells like lemon and honey though.. and yes i’ll becareful.. awww ur so sweet..
