hmm interesting.. i believe u can get these at normal grocery stores... theres lemon flavoured diet tea... i think i might go get it tonight..

hey dimag what about jasmine green tea is that affective too? And when u stop drinking the green tea it doesn't effect u does it, like other supplements do.

^ I don’t know about Jasmine green tea. As long as it’s herbal and has dietary supplements, it should be effective. :k: Of course, it stops working once you stop the use.

By the way did ur sis mostly lose stomach weight or all over??? I always seem to lose stomach first and I think my stomach is fine right now....

Taebo is a pretty good aerobics’ video. It helps burn fat really fast and drinking along the green tea really stimulates the process. Good luck! :k:
