How much water do you drink a day?
I believe the recommended amount is 2.5 litre, which amounts to…a lot.
I don’t drink anywhere near this amount, i drink probably about 2 glasses on average per day which is awful i know i know. I’ve got a bottle which will take 1 litre, and am planning to keep it full everyday in the fridge and try my best to empty it by the end of the day.
How about you all? How much do you drink and does the amount affect the way you feel?
I often feel lethargic, which i put down to not drinking enough of the stuff.
i have the same issue, i just dont drink enough, however i am getting better, i start the day off with a glass of water and also have some before going to bed, so thats 2, then I have also started to have a full glass just before my evening meal (3) and then i have a 500ml water on the desk that i try to finish every day i know i know but im trying
Dont drink out of glasses, but small water bottles, usually get through 3/4 a day (refill). Need to, all the talking I do, sometimes I have to stop mid story/explaining work and drink before I can carry on. I'm so mean, I never let the kids have their water bottles on the carpet, they spill the water and then it's angry face time. I do force them to have a drink after playtime and lunchtime though.
I always used to think that water won't do anything despite how much my mom repeatedly told me. My skin got very dry, and rough (and flaky) and when I started to drink water i noticed how smoother and softer it got. You don't see the results immediately but water makes a huge different to your skin. I just keep water w/ me wherever I go, and make sure I finish all of it.
Oh and I drink 7-8 glasses in a day:) That took some getting used to but I see a big difference.
because being hydrated is really important for the body to work at its optimal level, its good for the skin and because the more you drink the more you shrink which is great for people on a diet like me!!
