I needed change for the bus. So i went into the Kennedys (halal chicken/burger shop run by Muslims) and asked the guy for change..I opened my wallet and gave him the note and asked for change but then saw i had a much smaller note in another tiny pocket so I told him change this smaller note instead.
So I took my change and went back outside and was putting my wallet away when I realized that I was missing some money. I’d originally given him two bills coz they were crumpled together and wasn’t careful about it, but the guy had given me back only one note. I started worrying, thinking maybe it was in my room, it’d be too awkward and weird if i went in and accused the guy of not giving it back and stuff..but i finally sucked it up and went back inside, and i’m prepared to be all nice and polite..
so I go in there, and teh guy yells “Miss! You left your money!” And he had my moneyyyyyyyy!!! and i was sooooo relieved and said thankyou (of course) and went offff to catch the bus…I’ am sooooooo glad i got it back, that was very honest of him..i mean he coulda kept it there was nothin stopping him, but he gave it back.. i’m so happy.. =) Alhumdulillah there’s still good honest ppl
true sara .. i went shopping and at the end of the day in the last shop i sat down .. put my purse down and started checking out something . when i finished i left my purse there .. and forgot all about it ..
when i went to that shop after many days .. the guy said .. missy you left your purse .. kindly do not do so next time .. becaz .. there's alot of other customers who may take it away ..
