Take 3 full of the spiciest Jalapenos. Take three tea spoonfuls of crushed red pepper. Add lots of Tiger balm and Vicks vapo rub.
Apply vigorously and liberally to the insides of your nostril and let dry for 15 minutes.
Make sure you dig deep in to hit those hard to get places then wash with soap afterwards.
Now go out there with the feeling of complete confidence in yourself in knowing that your nostrils are clean…:bling:

hey Lajo.. no reason, i cant be bothered waiting for someone to load my happy lil frog up for me... so i thought id use the chilli. I like the colour of it, no other reason :)
