Home Workout

Re: Home Workout

Like they say, “No pain, no gain.” You won’t get results until you start challenging yourself. That’s my two cents on fitness.

For push ups start with Knee pushups and then move to the regular version once you’re strong enough. Pullups are tough. Start with negatives and keep working on them until you get your first one. It is going to take time though, depending on your strength level and weight. Doing other exercises for your upper back will help you get that first pullup also. Barbell rows, dumb bell rows, seated cable rows. Just make sure you’re doing it with proper form or you’re going to injure yourself.
