Thanks poppies, the third link is very helpful. However, bupa seems to be about nursing homes only. I was looking for a home based nurse, which would enable my uncle to stay at his own home with my aunt.

Silaaj contact your local Council or speak to someone in Social services- I know you will have to pay for this service and also I think you need to have a “case” for you requesting this. Hope it works out for u x
