For the hoops go buy large artificial hoop earrings that have the closures that just get inserted into the hoops. Then get buds or small flower of choice and thread through. For the tikka, get a really good string (like the ones used to wrap cake boxes) and a needle. Know one end of string and thread through flower.

^ fishing wire is very good for that kind of stuff. You can find it at any craft store like michaels. Be careful with haars because they can get heavy very quickly.

wow i really like that bride’s teeka.. the little rose bud at the end is so cute! usually the ones i see these days are quite overpowering but this one is just the perfect size.
i like the mixture of the fully bloomed roses and little rose buds.. that will probably help reduce the weight. i think her earrings are just little marigold flowers. but i agree with sgc, it would be better to use wire instead of thread.
