For 1 1/2 kg meat and 1 kg rice

Garam masalas

Cloves 10
Black pepper 15
Cinnmon sticks 2
Large cardemon 2
Zeera 1 teasoon

Other masalas

Lal mirch (hot one) 2 tablesoon
Haldi 2 teaspoon
Garam Masala powder 1 teaspoon
Aroma masala 1 and half table spoon (its a home powder of mace, nutmeg, green cardemom and zeera in equal qauntities)

Same as Mostar's, except I don'tuse haldi and I usually add whole green cardamom and corriander powder.
