If you use products meant for your skin-type they aren’t harsh at all. I do a home facial once every 3 weeks and I do see a difference, prior to doing a facial I bleach as well.

Trust me its too harsh if you do all those steps in one go rather than spread out over say a week. As for bleaching dont you think thats reversing all the good of the facial as its harmful for the skin?
