I don’t know how popular it is overall but I do know of a couple of people who went to culinary school. One is working towards opening a restaurant and is currently an apprentice chef (I don’t know how else to describe the position) at an established restaurant and the other started a high end catering company along with her sister and a friend from uni.
I’ve always been curious about people who go to culinary school. Other than opening a restaurant or a business, what can one do in that field?
