That's a very practical and great idea considering that there are a lot of ladies who stitch from there home. The concern though is the quality check. Also, you might want to divide the overall process into smaller tasks so may be you have one person doing the cutting full time and multiple other people doing the stitching. Also, if you want to offer a pickup service plus door-to-door delivery, you'll need people to do just that. Burdening one individual with the complete process cannot be very productive. Now i dont want my seamster become a delivery man ! Thats why i mentioned about coordinating the localities. Basic idea is cheap, affordable tailoring services for our day-to-day wear.
