Holy Ravioli!!!!!!!

Re: Holy Ravioli!!!!!!!

Oh n baked ziti is a pasta bake. Just noodles mixed with ricotta/ maybe mozzarella, parsley or other herbs and baked for about 30 mins....totally delish!

I forget hte name but its on 187th street (the Bronx Little Italy, not in the city). good stuffs. Yum.

This is how you make Sbarro (Italian fast-food restaurant) style ziti.

Ingredients: ricotta cheese, romano cheese, mozarella cheese, tomato sauce, pepper, ziti pasta. (You can also add other seasonings of your choice such as parsley, rosemary, salt, italian spice mix, etc.)

You cook ziti pasta according to the instructions. In a bowl, you combine ricotta cheese, romano cheese (go easy on the romano), tomato sauce, and peper. You'll get a light pink mixture.

Then you add your cooked past to the pink mixture from above and gently mix/fold it....being careful not to break the pasta. The pasta should be mixed well/coated with the pink mixture.

Take a baking dish and line it with aluminum foil. Spread some tomato sauce on the bottom (as this will prevent the pasta from sticking). Next, add and spread the ziti/ricotta mix evenly in the dish. Sprinkle some shredded mozarella cheese on the top. Preheat oven at 350 degrees farenheit and bake for 12-15 minutes or until mozarella cheese on the top has melted.

PSQ, yup! That's yummy too!

I recently developed a liking for goat cheese! It is creamy and has this amazing sweet/sour tangy taste to it. I actually had a delicious tomato bisque at Urban Flats and right in the middle of this bisque was a dollop of goat cheese. First time I tried it and it was YUM!
