John Mayer and Katy Perry witnessed the president’s inauguration – and in patriotic colors. The singer, who performed on Saturday night for the Kids’ Inaugural Ball, kept warm in the 30-degree D.C. temperatures with a blue-and-red striped jacket with white lapel, while her beau looked spiffy in a light blue tie and blue coat. Before Kelly Clarkson wowed the crowd in Washington with her rendition of “My Country, Tis of Thee,” the singer – who has called herself “a Republican at heart” – walked hand-in-hand into the event with her fiancé, Brandon Blackstock. Clarkson rocked a lot of color, matching the purple worn by Michelle, Sasha and Malia Obama, rocking a merlot-colored jacket with a purple scarf. (01/21/2013)

After Barack and Michelle Obama, only one other couple had all eyes on them at the Inauguration: Jay-Z and Beyonce! The singer, who serenaded the country with the National Anthem, was escorted by her Tom Ford-clad hubby to the festivities. For her performance, Beyonce wore a black Emilio Pucci gown with long black Christian Dior coat, with pops of green with a Lorraine Schwartz emerald ring and 80-carat earrings.

Eva Longoria was pretty in pink for the Inauguration on Monday. The night before, the former “Desperate Housewives” actress hosted the Latino Inauguration at the Kennedy Center. “Latinos played a critical role in this year’s elections and helped tip the scales in President Obama’s victory,” said Longoria. John Legend was his usual dapper self at the Hip Hop Inaugural Ball on Sunday night. The Grammy-winning singer hit D.C. with his fiancée, model Chrissy Teigen, and the two were even spotted at the Inauguration on Monday rubbing elbows with Hillary and Bill Clinton. (01/20/2013)
