wat u guys reckon? wa ssoo tempted 2 buy today and put it down thinkin might be waste of money..but the shop has good reputation and known to have good products so im confused!?!?!

its just a multivitamin tablet, no magic ingredients. also, last time I checked it wan't veggie friendly (presumably not halal) so check carefully before u buy :)

i can tell you that none of these hair and nail pills will do you much good. best is for you to improve your diet, stress less and take useful stuff such as a good multivitamin, vitamin e or fish oil. i have heard that even biotin and b12 help alot. but please do consult a doctor before taking anything because they can run tests and advice you better. good luck, iA!

hmm i didnt bother checking ingredients at that point...hmmmm well im takin multi vitamins..then i heard vitamin e is much better so then i saw these holland and barrett tablets and now im confused.com! lol
might go for vitamin e tablets not sure...i mean has anyone tried any tablets or anything??

Tablets do not do any wonders, unfortunately. I have tried numerous products but nothing really works. A healthy, balanced diet, plenty of water, less of junk food, no fizzy drinks, more fruit juices are more likely to work. As long as you do all this, taking supplements is fine but relying on them completely is a big No No.
