There are phone counselors who can help you through such a situation as well if you dont have the time or the means to go to a real therapist/counselor..

So whatever it is, no matter how painful, it is a part of life, and not the life itself. It will take time, but it will pass, however, it may be too early for you to realize that. Hopelesness does make it difficult to correct things, but it's never too late to act. So hold your head high act with rationality, and don't lose patience. You'll be just fine. Insha'Allah!

Watch kal ho na ho- it's an inspiring movie about how to love your life.
i suggest you go meet someone who's on his/her deathbed. not someone old but rather someone your age who knows that he/she is dying and cannot do a single thing about it. ask them what they feel at the moment and you're going to see nothing but hope, misery and plea for just ONE more chance to live. you don't know what you're giving up on until you face death- might as well go meet someone in that situation so they can open up your eyes.

u got to straight to hell if u commit suicide. if you want to be selfish enough to think about ending your life u need to keep in mind ur loved ones and the pain you'll bring apon them. esp if you have children or a wife. they are ur responsibility.
