It’s okay if you have been looking for ages … but this woman (of some European origin) … We were out to have dinner at Pizza Express … we saw a car move out of a drive space and I was with my family in our car (the one that recently died) I indicated to move in to the space and the woman saw us in the car she was on the pavement (sidewalk) and as the other car drove out leaving a space - this woman rings someone on her mobile and walks in to the space … As I was about to go in !!!
Then she looks at me waiting for the space with phone in her hand and starts doing this … :nono:
That was quite annoying … So I sped out and around the block again … a few times … each time looking for a car space … After 3 rounds she is still there on the phone … Then her ride arrives … he parks in to the space they talk for a few minutes as we are still going around looking for another space … then after another round she jumps in to the car and they drive off together … in that time another vehicle that was now in front of us took the space … 
… But luckily another round the block trip and we came across another space, but it was further away 
that had become free … on that occasion I made probably 7 trips around the block …
