yes, it’s indeed sad for India and Pakistan that, being the best in this game in the world, have lost their position due to artificial turf and more like ‘hit N run’ type of game being played by the Europeans and Australians. there was a time when subcontinent Hockey was more like an art form of sport. dribbling, controlling the ball, soft goals were the hallmark of the Indo-Pakistani Hockey. now, it’s more about stamina of Europeans VS the artistic game of the sub-continent.

i’ll shed tears too!
