***One normally has the usual hobbies as a child . I used to collect stamps and sea-shells. But as you grow older , these things take a back burner and you get busy with school , studies ,work and life !
Now if anyone asks me if I have a hobby , I’d say photography…
But it is’nt really a hobby in the sense that i’m consistent about it.
Its just that I love clicking pix and will end up with the odd few that are awesome !
What are some of the hobbies that you indulge in as adults !

My hobby is to learn more about Islam and the world, Non-profits and when I have the time, Tennis.
I have a mean backhand (lefty too :D)

there are million and one things I want to do..
my friends yelled at me ... and make me pick one
they said... take pictures or read... for now I am reading...(taking pictures was taking 2-5 hrs a trip)

running+cycling+working out+skating+experimenting with OS..etc etc.
I want to do horse back riding + biking + shooting... etc etc..
In my teens and young adulthood I used to be a gamer. I still play now and then and still consider gaming to be my hobby, though the actual time I play something is much much less.
I'm trying to develop games as a hobby now, though I haven't made any progress in that in the past few month.

cars ?? now this is interesting. Seriously buying an old(40-60) model is also at my list.
I am going to redo the engine my self. But may be in another 10 years or so.

Well I’m more of a console gamer. Last generation I had every platform. As much as I love games, I just don’t have the time for them that I once used to. Especially those RPGs.
we only play arcade fighting games on consoles like tekken and kof or driving games like gran T or NFS or distruction durby or … etc
we have every console at home (getting dust) lol
mostly we play 1st person shooters doing lan parties or clan stuff

-social work...i used to do a lot of work [mostly fetching things from the village baazaar] for my neighbours in ma village when i was a kid...they still miss me...now, i volunteer at the Genaral Hospital and visit seniors who are lonely and i tell exciting stories about my travel experiences...they quickly bond with me and that gives me the best feeling i can think of.**

I mostly play RPGs. Others genres I play are action games (Devil May Cry, Ninja Gaiden), and fighting games, but not as much as last generation. I haven’t really been a fan of FPS games aside from the Halo franchise. I also play those on consoles. I have only have the XBox 360 connected at the moment and the rest of my consoles nicely put away in a cabinet, so technically they’re not collecting dust. I haven’t tried a LAN party yet, but we used to have multiplayer gaming parties with everyone playing on the same TV in one room.
