Are you one of those who love hoarding on household items? could be anything from plastic carrier bags to bottles to baking utensils etc
What do you hoard on? ok, a more positive word for this would be “collecting”

She doesnt let me throw anything she is emotionally attached to meaning all the items she has purchased .It doesnt matter if they work or not*SIGH*

I have no shame in announcing that I am a super hoarder 
Following are the things that I just cant hold myself from buying and keeping :
- Cookie cutters , I have got about 18 different types of them
- Stir spoons , I have got about 15 of them
- Jam jars, I have so many now that they are literally taking up half of the cabinet space! i need to either give them away or throw em ..
- Cups - I have got cups with different company logo’s ( you know many companies send through their logo printed cups as gifts , I have a huge collection now thanks to my hoarding nature ! I love them to bits )

Lol , rolla thats the thing, some of us get a bit too emotionally attached to stuff and just simply cant let go ..
I remember , right after shadi , I realized the knife that husband had been using for years had a broken handle and still he was using it. I threw it in the bin. He saw the knife and pulled it back out of the bin ! Since the last three years now I have been showing him similar knives to the one he loves , hoping he will buy a new one and dispose the old one.. but no.. he says nothing can replace that specific knife !

agh i can point out 3 differnt appliances that has been sitting there taking up alot of space but she wants to keep it since its the first few things she bought when she came here*sigh* .Theres a vacume cleaner, a food factory, an egg beater . THERE WAS AN IRON TOO!.

jam jars,royal dansk cookie boxes:D,mugs of different types.... i love to serve tea to guests in different types n colors of mugs.....(casual style:))

omg , how could I forget my collection of the cookie boxes ! I have got tonns of them .. I have even used the Quality Street dabba's for baking a hexagon shaped cake .. it worked so so well
and ofcourse those dabba's always come handy to organize stuff .. I have got my stitching stuff in one dabba, my makeup stuff in another dabba , jewellery in another dabba , husbands ties in a dabba too .. they easily get stacked on top of another and act as a great form of storage ..

My husband doesnt throw away any rubber bands that come with various stuff like the mail, the dhaniya etc .. I have almost a bag full of those now and we dont even use them for anything .. I dunno why he keeps collecting them ..

I have started managing my own home since last year as before I was with in laws. However after even careful thinking I have not come to realize what things i look more to stock in my kitchen, but yes i love kitchen small appliances and looking forward to purchase some of them in near future. However i really love to stock perfumes

Infact perfumes reminds me of my mom .. she places empty perfume bottles with their lid off , in the corners of the cupboards .. and the wardrobes are always smelling nice ,infact even the clothes have this nice lingering fragrance when pulled out of the closet ..
I think i will start doing that too

^I keep boxes too. They come in handy when organizing things but half the time my husband throws them away without telling me so I have to start collecting them again :) I always think I am going to buy storage organizers and put things in those but I never remember when I am in store and then have to put things in the boxes to keep things organized a little bit.
My husband hates it and even when I show him how I used those things he is not satisfied.
I keep old sheets and towels as well but these all come in handy right ?? I guess thats just my excuse of keeping things :)

Sarad, the frustrating element of hoarding is , you hoard and hoard in the hope that you will one day need this stuff , but when you do , you never find them !! thats the tragedy of my life at the moment !
I had been successfully collecting the ketchup sachets we get from KFC in the hope that when we go out we will use them and wont have to carry our ketchup bottle with us .. and right on the day that I needed them I couldnt freaking find them .. and then found them 6 months later but they had gone past their expiry date :no:
Yeah we all need to enroll ourselves there :hinna:
