KARACHI: Senator Raza Rabbani, the central leader of Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) said that the hoarding mafia took birth during the tenure of the former 'Prime minister ’ Shaukat Aziz; however he warned the hoarders that ‘public Raj’ will wipe them out, if they continue their way.

Talking to party activists on the occasion of an Eid Milan party, Raza Rabbani expressed these views Tuesday in People’s Secretariat, Karachi.

“The democratic government can handle the hoarders and it wants to solve the problems faced by the public.”

PPP is a party of poor and labourers, but conspiracies are being hatched against the present government, he added.

The Senator said on the festive occasion of Eid we should not forget the poor and needy people, particularly the affectees of Swat and Malakand.

It is very easy for everyone to take the name of Shaukat Aziz;

He said Shaukat Aziz, not Nawaz Sharif so stop manipulating things. Also, we all know what that idiot clown jahil Zardari did to an educated politician like Raza Rabbani. Raza Rabbani was humiliated and cursed by Zardari, and he along with any shreds of sincere politicians in the PPP have already left, or are in the sidelines, paving way to the corrupt PPP that is represented by the likes of Zardari, Rahman Malik, Salman Taseer and jiyalas like yourself.

Also, dont try to bash Musharraf, though a little while ago you were quite happy Musharraf was with Zardari. It is because of Musharraf that Zardari was able to reek power. Musharraf (a dictator) brought back the scumbag Zardari. I hope that is clear to you now.

NAB, Punjab reports reveal hold of cartel

ISLAMABAD - The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Thursday submitted a report regarding the sugar crisis that surfaced two years ago, as the Supreme Court resumed hearing into the case pertaining to the sugar crisis in the country.
A two member bench of the Supreme Court comprising Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry and Justice Mian Shakirullah Jan heard petitions of Pakistan Sugar Mills’ Association (PSMA), Punjab Sugar Dealers’ Association (PSDA) and the federal and provincial governments against the September 3 verdict of the Lahore High Court (LHC) that had fixed retail price of sugar at Rs 40/kg. The LHC had taken suo moto notice of the sugar crisis in Punjab province.
NAB’s report, made on February 17, 2006, stated that the Bureau had carried out only preliminary investigations into the sugar crisis and that various quarters raised a lot of hue and cry giving an impression that the NAB’s inquiry was contributory to further escalation of sugar prices. It forced NAB to close down the inquiry, the report stated.
The report further stated that the sugar industry in the country was predominantly owned by the politicians, who despite being in government acted contrary to the laws and ethics of business; and held sugar stocks which was tantamount to hoarding.
The report also contains a list of mills owned by the government and opposition politicians that hoarded thousands of metric tons of sugar in the 2006 crisis. It also states that there was a clear-cut position drawn by sugar mills dominated by politicians and farmer associations while the government remained in a fix and lacked resolve to bridge the business relation gap between the two stakeholders.

do you just randomly post articles without any head to toe? Let me summarize this thread to show the lack of any sort of intelligence in your posts:

i) 1st article says rabbani (ex-ppp) blames shaukat aziz (pml-q/musharraf) for land mafia emergence...

iii) Mr. PAsha somehow links it to nawaz sharif (pml[n])

ii) second article has nothing to do with the thread, talks about some inquiry into an alleged sugar crisis in 2006, and by the way the major parties in power in 2006 were the pml[q] and the ppp in case you forgot.

Anwar Pasha is right that the champion of hoarders in Pakistan is Nawaz Shareef. Yesterday, ARY and other TV channels showed report on sugar hoarders in 2006 that was submitted to Supreme Court, but later the report was suppressed because probably name of some PMLQ members were also there in the report. Anyhow, according to that report, name of Nawaz Thug was on top as the biggest hoarder of sugar. I noted the name of all hoarders along with the Mills and amount of sugar they were hoarding ... the list given below is from official list that was handed over to court in 2006 (and names are also in order given in the report ... names of some mill might be spelled wrongly as list shown on TV was a bit blurry). Here is the list of hoarders with quantity of sugar they were hoarding:

Prediction is about future that one estimates and such estimates has probability of getting wrong (any person can predict something from assessment that could end up wrong). Only an idiot would take prediction as line on stone, else any sensible person would know that predictions could end up wrongly.

As for Lies, it is something that one knows with certainty (as it has already happened or exists and person knows about it) still when that person tells that wrongly, it is called lie and the person is called Liar. Nawaz knew that he made deal to go to Saudi Arabia (something his Bhagwan Clinton brokered for Nawaz to save him from Pakistani jail), and still sitting in holy cities, Nawaz kept lying about it, that is why he is called Liar (actually, no Muslim would dare to lie from holy cities of Hijaz, and only Gustakh-e-Rasul would lie from Madina especially to malign others).
