So I work, work and work. The problem is my work requires sitting all day, there is no way I can stand and work, I have to sit to do it. The problem is I am gaining weight. I eat less than before simply because I don’t get time to eat or don’t feel like eating. I don’t want to get more fat, I have no time to exercise, kiya karoun?

  • go for a walk during ur lunch break
  • if u drive to work, park ur car about 1k away, so u can walk to and from the car
  • if u catch the bus/train/tram, get off a stop early

not eating as much doesnt do anything cus when u do eat slightly more, u'll put all the weight back on

Maybe you could try those special diet drinks (available at Al Fatah i beleive). My bhabhi used it, she didnt lose weight, but didnt gain it either.

Fanty make time for working out, start with just 15-20 mins a day.

I had the same problem, 12 hours in front of 2 dozen computers. Not only did I all of a sudden started gaining weight but my shoulders and eyes started hurting too. Earlier I didn't have enough time to exercise so I changed my diet: heavy breakfast, a heavy lunch but a light dinner and also no snacks and less sugar drinks. I usually get home at 9 or 10PM and eating dinner at that time is not healthy. You should try doing this, it helped me alot.

You kno fantay.. i sit a lot too.. infact my job requires sitting through out the 8 hours m at work… n i do eat a hearty lunch :yummy: .. haha liken u kno wut i do.. i take breaks.. like if m tired of sitting n my back starts hurting.. i just take a walk around my office or just pace around my hall… it helps a bit.. few minutes do the tricks.. it just depends on the frequency of taking breaks… mine are usually one after every hour or so … u can fix urs accordingly !
