i would keep it simple let the border be something white too but something that shimmers in the light (i.e. diamantes, swarovskis, or pearls) as for the blouse ....i've seen ppl wear white net blouse (lined with chiffon) with a white sari... but it really depends on personal taste...some ppl like contrasting colors so you could go with a light yellow net blouse lined with chiffon

I'd get some silver kaam done on the saree borders and get a bright pink with silver jamavar for the blouse and the edging on the saree.
