Even if the Jews and Christians support someone who masscared people of a religion that they don’t like…should such an example be followed?

No group of people…regardless of their religion…should be treated in such an inhumane manner.

There’s a really powerful quote which goes like this:

**“In Germany, they came first for the Communists, And I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a Communist;
And then they came for the trade unionists, And I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a trade unionist;
And then they came for the Jews, And I didn’t speak up because I wasn’t a Jew;
And then . . . they came for me . . . And by that time there was no one left to speak up.”

**When we focus only on the differences that we have with others (culture, religion, race)…it has the potential to lead to animosity. But when we try to focus on the similarities that we have as human beings…it brings forth tolerance and understanding.

I was also thinking of that saying in bold.. Makes me think of those Hindus, Sikhs and Jews being targetted for recruitment by Nick Griffin of the BNP as it’s believed they can join in the movement against Muslims in Britain. These people shouldn’t be naive but I expect many of them will join the right-wing party not thinking of that quote RV just mentioned..
