a. Gandhi talked about proper allocation of funds to Pakistan

i think Gandhi was in favor that equal shares be given to Pakistan whereas, Nehru did not want that so, he must have thought if he choose Gandhi as governor general of india he would transfer the funds to Pakistan.

Gandhi did want proper allocation ,but was that the reason he wouldn’t put him as governor general ?
