History is different from farce: Dr Mubarak

Molvis were against Partition (and that's true), but so was Jinnah.

The difference was that Molvis were against constitutional protections for Muslim majority provinces too, while Jinnah was steadfast in his demand for protecting the rights of British-Indian minorities.

Another difference: The Molvis you listed were so "politically incompetent", that they could not see through the Congressi plan, while Jinnah could.

If Jinnah could agree on a united British-India right through 1946, then your argument of pro-partition vs. anti-partition falls flat on its face.

I urge you to not list Bacha Khan in the same list as molvis. Bacha Khan stood for a principle but he was no lulloo parsad.

Bacha Khan lost the referendum in the Frontier, then he quit opposing Pakistan. Too bad Bacha Khan's aulaad was not as smart as him.

haha! Did you ever read Nehru's biography? Ever?

Read where he says Azad was a begger who would show up at Nehru's door for a money bag every-time Azad had some personal trouble.

Read your history! Please!

^^^^

Reference please. Name of the book, wirtten by Nehru, page number where he has said this. In fact thirty pages which were published after Abul Kalam's s death, condemend Nehru regarding forcing Gandhi to accpet separation demand and cursed himself why he volantarily resigned from the post of congress president as a result of this Nehru became president. In a way they were rivals and didn't like eachother. Nehru was as eager as Quaid for the partition. So Nehru should also be made equivalent to Quaid, isn't it?

Sher bhai, you are now all over the place. You wanted to know more about Azad and I quoted Nehru. How many biographies was written by Nehru? 1000? Just go get the book and read it to your heart's content. If you still can't find the page, let me know and I'll dig up the stuff from my library.

The bottom line is that some of the most vocal posters don't read and instead live off of lollypop history. May be they all have sweet teeth!

As far I know, Nehru respected Azad a lot though they had differences on certain issues. Here is the book read your self pages 332-334, where he praised Azad as his guru. You have to give me the reference what you are saying. Please don’t beat around the bush.

Anti ji, still waiting for your response.

People suddenly appear after long hibernation period, posting all kinds of lies and their schizophrenic thoughts far from the truth, then again disappear in hibernation. That is the norm in this forum and such cycle goes on indefinitely:D
