Base of my post was response to your suggestion of movie about prophet.
Other then that, yes if some one accidentally(changing channel, looking at what is on, looking at program guide) and find a movie about aziz bhati. or muhamad bin qasim, that would a very positive thing.
You can sum some ones life up in few hour movie.
I know my non muslim non pakistani friends, have positive impact after they saw “khuda ky liey” “bol” “mili ali ko mili” 
Yes such movies are an easy and quick way of clearing, negative propaganda from people’s mind.
But as far phophet’s life go, NO.
His time perhaps.
But again, a person who have read a book, usually have deep thought about one two or very few issues.
Person watching Tv would have extremely shallow/visual thought about half a million things. Its hard to talk to such people.
